chibichiiiParticipantI had the same issue, the scrollbar shows up in edge but not in Firefox or chrome.
I am assuming the problem will also occur in internet explorer.
But it might be a browser based problem, I believe it might have something to do with the Search Icon in the top bar sliding the entire site to the left a bit.
chibichiiiParticipantHey there,
Thanks for letting me know.
Glad to read the option was added 🙂June 8, 2016 at 9:40 am in reply to: Navigation Next Prev Post in shortcode with taxanomy sorting #7373
chibichiiiParticipantAny news on this problem?
chibichiiiParticipantJust wanted to hear if you guys had time to look into this already?
chibichiiiParticipantThanks again,
not a problem, I’ll fix it temporarily through the css I just thought you guys would want to know of the issue that’s why I had not done so yet.
chibichiiiParticipantAlright,
I tested it on a page, but the same results so this isn’t the same issue as the navigation showing.
What I did find out however is there are two classes: intense panel and intense panel heading.
Apparantly the shortcode collapse set’s the background to black only for the “intense panel heading”, and not for the “intense panel” class. This is why the background from intense panel remains white and the border is still set to transparant 1px.
It looks like there are 2 borders overlaying each other, when I set the border of the intense panel heading to 1px white the border from intense panel thickens as well.
I hope this information helps for you to find a solution to the issue.
Perhaps it would be better to add the border attribute to the collapsibles instead of the collapse shortcode? Seeing as in most cases you’d want to use the same settings for all underlaying collapses anyway. It would make it easier to use as well.
chibichiiiParticipantHey there!
Nope that’s definately not the issue cause all the collapse shortcodes are set to a black background.
I also adjusted the settings as you suggested to Always make them black. Didn’t solve it either.
Hope you have any other suggestions.
Some useful information, a theory of mine which I will test asap is that the shortcodes somehow have difficulties with my custom posts. The Biography is a custom post made with Toolset’s Types.
I’ll see if the collapse shortcode behaves differently on a page. But I’ve noticed some difficulties with the custom posts also with navigation_position=”none” not working on my custom posts shortcode as well.
Somehow on pages the shortcodes work alright, but inside custom posts they do not work 100%.
I’ll keep you up to date with the results from my testing.

chibichiiiParticipantOne more notification something I noticed, it only happens in shortcodes that are used on Custom Posts. It doesn’t happen to the shortcodes that are placed on normal pages.
So to summarize what I found out:
The navigation dissapears on the captures page once the masonry=”1″ is removed from the shortcode. The post_count does not make a difference.
The captures however is a custom post “gallery”
While the same shortcode with the masonry added on the pictures page does not show a navigation.
I am fairly certain by now that the issue somehow lies with the custom posts not using the setting from intense to remove the nav.

chibichiiiParticipantUnfortunately my happiness was a little too early, apparantly it wasn’t adding the post count that did the trick but removing the masonry from the shortcode.
Now on another page where I need the masonry in the shortcode I have the same problem again.
Even with post count set I get the prev and next navigation below my custom post shortcodes.
Also another thing I noticed, is although on the blog settings the prev next nav is turned off on my custom posts it still shows also on the individual posts so not just below the shortcodes.
For some reason the custom posts do not abide by the settings.
Hope you can look into this for me.

chibichiiiParticipantThank you! That solved the problem indeed.

chibichiiiParticipantThank you, adding the post_count to the shortcode indeed removed the Prev|Next Navigation below the custom posts 🙂
chibichiiiParticipantHey there,
Just some additional information I came to find to this issue.
After vigurously testing all the header templates I came to the conclusion there are only 2 of them not working with the Ubermenu. The Branding Left Menu Right
The Menu Left Branding RightThe other templates all automatically intergrate just fine.
Just thought that would be useful to know to shrink down the search for the fault.
chibichiiiParticipantHey there,
Thanks a lot! I think it’s great you’re willing to look into implementations to even further improve the functionalities of this great theme.
And no worries, untill than I will just use the plugin which works fine with intensity for now.
My site is a pretty large one with a lot of functions of your theme going to be in use. It’s quite a lot of work to adapt the content to go with Intensity but I’ve already found it well worth the price.
And I just wanted to say your support is great as well 🙂
chibichiiiParticipantHey there!
That would be great, you’re right that the images from 75 by 75px were probably sent back from Flickr and these were than resized by the template. My php knowledge is still pretty basic so I couldn’t say for sure but that is what it looked like. Once I entered the size in the shortcode which fitted with Flickr it was working fine.
It would be useful to mention which sizes are for which image source though. Because for example when I picked the normal “medium” size it didn’t work. It still only got the small thumbnails and resized them. So you really need to choose the small320, medium500 or large1024.
You could ofcourse also make it so that the wrong sizes cannot be picked once the source Flickr has been chosen. Like greying them out for example. Just a little more information I thought would be usefull.
I’m glad it worked out though cause that shortcode is going to safe me another plugin necessity or perhaps even two when you guys have looked into the implementation of Flickr Collections.
Best Regards
Chi
chibichiiiParticipantThank you!
That’s good news I’ll give that zip file a try than.
Regards,
Chi
