Is it possible to get an image hotspot function?

Maybe there would be an icon placed somewhere on the image, and when you rollover a pop-up comes up.

Thanks for the great feedback! If I understand correctly, you want something that would let you tag different parts of an image and have a tooltip show when the user moves their mouse over the tag.

Yeah something similar to that.

I would like to see one with more styling options that what is shown there. Something more like this if possible:

Where you could use html if you wanted, change the text, pop-up location, add images. Here is another good example, just ignore the fact its 3D:
