We’re glad you figured out how to use the debug tools. Thank you for sending the error message.
This error looks like it is related to the version of PHP that you are using. Intense requires at least version 5.3. Can you check in your hosting account to see what version you are currently using? In some cases you can update through the hosting control panel, but in many cases you have to contact the host to have them update. You would need to upgrade to at least version 5.3 (5.4 or newer is suggested).
If you are using one of the versions that we say should work, please let us know so that we can look further into the issue.
