    Also having issues with getting anything to save in the Customize panel. “Saved” is greyed out, with no “Save + Publish” button at all. Very buggy theme so far, not making much progress with many hours logged with our developer to investigate to no avail.

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re having so much trouble with Intensity. We haven’t experienced the issues with uploading media or with the Customize panel. We have been trying to work through the demo install issues. Is there any way that we can get temporary access to the site so that we can help troubleshoot what is going on. If you’re having problems, we’d rather be involved and help you track down the issues than have your developer log a bunch of time. If you want to send us a support message to support@intensevisions.com, we’ll gladly look into the issues.

    Same here unable to install any demos

    Good News!

    We’ve been working to find a good alternative method for installing the Intensity theme demos. We think we’ve finally found the best way to do it. Please check out our documentation page for more details.

    If you have not experienced troubles installing the demos, you will be able to continue installing them the same way. This new way should help those that have had issues.
