Hello i can’t submit ticket, i receive a error on submitting.
I have intense license expired and a intensity license supported.
I can provide to you in private my purchase codes and my admin crendentials.

I have a problem with intense shortcodes: i can’t access to settings panel (does not appear under settings) and i cannot activate the product.

When i click on wordpress message to activate it i receive this error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I already tryied to deactivate third parts plugins but i got no luck.

Using developer tools i can look at this error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
