I also have issues with the Intense plugin. I can’t see any way to enter shortcodes other than manually as there is no button to add shortcodes as was the case in classic WordPress.
I contacted Intense about this 5 days ago and have not received any reply. It seems their support is as good as their documentation. I’m not impressed. Perhaps the solution is not to renew my subscription and stop using Intense altogether!
