We’re sorry to hear that you’re having so much trouble with Intensity. We haven’t experienced the issues with uploading media or with the Customize panel. We have been trying to work through the demo install issues. Is there any way that we can get temporary access to the site so that we can help troubleshoot what is going on. If you’re having problems, we’d rather be involved and help you track down the issues than have your developer log a bunch of time.
